India Today launched the world’s cheapest 35$ tablet Aakash . This tablet will be provided to students at the half price that is just 21$ (Rs 1100)
The tablet comes with a 12-month replacement warranty and supports formats like DOC, DOCX, PDF and PPTX etc. Aakash has standard 3.5 mm headphones jack.
The tablet has a 2100mAh battery which can reportedly last for 2-3 hours depending on the usage.Aakash also reportedly packs some pre-loaded apps, however, lacks the Android Market Place.
